Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only, covering all 50 U.S. states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Free Shipping
We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the United States — no minimum order required.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. During high-volume periods (sales, promotions, or peak seasons), processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery Estimates
Standard shipping takes approximately 7-15 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. These are estimates and not guarantees — factors outside our control (carrier delays, weather, holidays) may affect delivery times.
Order Tracking
Every shipment includes a tracking number sent to your email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. Report any issues to us at hello@keepdogsbusy.com within 14 days of the delivery date shown on tracking. We cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for claims made after this window.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us at hello@keepdogsbusy.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a free replacement.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Keep Dogs Busy is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
