Order Cancellations

You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of purchase by emailing us at hello@keepdogsbusy.com. After this window closes, your order moves into fulfillment and cannot be altered or cancelled.

Because we care about the environment and animal welfare, we take an eco-friendly approach to returns: instead of shipping items back, we ask that you donate the product to a local animal shelter and send us proof (a photo or donation receipt) to hello@keepdogsbusy.com. Upon verification, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Once verified, we will send a free replacement at no additional cost.

Shipping & Tracking

Standard delivery within the USA takes 7-15 business days. Every order receives a tracking number. If tracking confirms delivery, we are unable to process an Item Not Received claim.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are happy to resolve issues quickly. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks that violate our published policies.
